Hotel Terms & Conditions

• The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
• As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof ( Driving License/ Voter ID Card/ Passport) at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
• Hotel Checkin time is 12:00 Noon and Checkout Time is 11:00 AM
• Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as meals, telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry,wi-fi etc). In case, such additional charges are levied by the hotel, we shall not be held responsible for it.
• Hotel charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year’s eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Holi, Diwali, Dusshera etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel.
• In case of an increase in the hotel tariff ( In case of Kumbh/ Shahi Snans/Ganga dusshera/Maha Shiv ratri/ Kawad/ Navratra days, etc.) the customer is liable to pay the difference if the stay period falls during these dates
• Service Tax @ 8.36 % + Luxury Tax @ 5% applicable additional on the room tariff.
• Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a couple if suitable proof of identification is not presented at the time of check in. Hotel reserves the right of admission.

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund if you cancel the booking 2 days(48 Hours) prior to arrival date.
• No refund if you cancel the booking with 2 days(48 Hours) or Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a No-Show. You might be charged upto the full cost of stay (including taxes & service charge) if you do not check-in to the hotel.

Refund

• We assure that your refund will be processed within 15 working days for online Credit Card payments after deducting the transaction charges incurred.
• In case you had paid by Cash or Cheque your refund will be made within 20 working days by cheque payment.
